		These two systems follow the STD EN294, tab 2. The welded mesh size is 20mm x 100mm and allows the protection to be mounted at a distance of 120mm from the dangerous equipment.

Low Risk Protection

		The V-Lock is an interlocking device used for doors, according to the Machine Directive 98/37 CE. It includes an emergency handle system to allow an entrapped person to open the door and leave the dangerous zone. For the 4 Stage locking the unlocking of the door is conditional using a 4-stage contact as stated in the STD EN 1088.

Mesh Partitions

 This is a low cost integrated single skin steel partition system suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial offices, storage areas, factory dividing walls.

A comprehensive range of single and double swinging doors, sliding doors and hatches are available. These can be fitted with most types of locks and latches, including interlocks.

The panels are bolted together using M8 bolts and nuts, the panels are also fixed to the floor with pan head screws and 6mm plastic plugs. Posts are used every third panel and are fixed to the floor with 12mm anchor bolts and in-fills come as 21 SWG CR4 sheet steel or 50mm x 50mm x 12SWG weld mesh.

Broadsword Steel Partition

Acclaimed single skin steel partition.

Broadsword is one of the most popular steel partition systems.  Manufactured here in the UK to provide exceptional strength and durability and yet offers cost savings over other partition systems on the market. Offering a fully demountable solution the steel partition can be used in various projects as the years and the company progress.

Available in Full Steel, Steel and Mesh, Steel and Glass and Full Mesh these panels are ideal for secure stores, warehouses and workshops. (panel variants shown below).

The panels are finished with lead free powder coating in Sandstone BS.08B.17, Grey RAL 7037 , Grey BS.00A05 or White RAL 9010.  (Non-standard colours - corporate finishes are available upon request.

For modularity the steel partition panels come in set widths and four standard heights. To fit exact spaces an infill panel is used.

300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 and 1200mm

Standard Heights;

2440, 2745, 3000 and 3660

Standard Mesh sizes;

50 x 50mm (3mm wire) and 25 x 25mm (3mm wire) (Special sizes available on request.)

The doors shown below can be hinged or sliding and offer a wide variety of locking mechanisms from hasp and staple, security locks and Digital locks.
